One of them really nice ones

Sun shining through the trees and reflecting off the river, fast dry trails, sinuous singletrack, fresh legs, plenty of speed, leaves and twigs whipping the ends of my bars, brmc salvation on the ipod. One of those commute moments that makes me really happy to be a cyclist. Just think, some people have no idea about these little pleasures, sat in their tin boxes or packed sardine like onto the train, the usual morning monotony.

**** me, I'm a lucky sod.

Jealous..had a nice ride in today overall but was all tarmac and TdF inspired fat boys on roadies who can't ride in a straight line.

and did you whoop their arses?
Or was it a case of just staying out of their wibbly wobbly way?

Bit of both...have to judge overtaking carefully as lots of blokes take serious umbridge at being chicked. I wasn't in the mood for thrashing myself this morning to stay ahead but once out of Preston there weren't anymore of them.
